At Tweeny Mini, we aim to deliver 100% satisfaction with every order. However, if something isn’t right, our Return & Refund policy is here to help.


📦 Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels are intact

We follow a no-questions-asked return policy to keep things simple and stress-free.

✅ Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it goes through a quick quality check (QC). Upon approval:

  • The total amount paid will be refunded

  • Refund will be credited to your bank account

  • Refund processing time: Within 48 hours after QC approval


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account based on your bank’s policies.

  • Returns must be sent with the original invoice and packaging.
