✅ When Can You Cancel Your Order?
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. We encourage you to reach out at the earliest if you wish to cancel.

Please mention your order number and reason for cancellation while contacting us.
💰 Refund Timeline After Cancellation
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will refund the entire amount directly to your original payment method or bank account within 48 hours of confirmation.
There are no deduction or cancellation charges on eligible cancellations.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
The following types of orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders with customizations or alterations requested by the customer

Items marked under final sale, clearance, or special offers
These are made specially for you and hence cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refunds may take up to 3–5 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
