At Tweeny Mini, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free cancellation policy for our customers.

### ✅ When Can You Cancel Your Order?

You may cancel your order **before it has been shipped**. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. We encourage you to reach out at the earliest if you wish to cancel.

### 🔄 How to Cancel an Order

You can request a cancellation through any of the following ways:

Please mention your **order number** and reason for cancellation while contacting us.

### 💰 Refund Timeline After Cancellation

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will refund the **entire amount** directly to your original payment method or bank account within **48 hours** of confirmation.

There are **no deduction or cancellation charges** on eligible cancellations.

### 🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders **cannot be cancelled**:

-   Orders with **customizations** or **alterations** requested by the customer
    
-   Items marked under **final sale**, **clearance**, or **special offers**
    

These are made specially for you and hence cannot be cancelled once placed.

### ⚠️ Important Notes

-   Refunds may take up to **3–5 working days** to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
    
-   We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if the order is already in the process of dispatch.
